Acne Scars

Acne scars can affect individuals confidence because of small indentations in the skin. 

Acne scars can be treated using different or a combination of modalities.  After a free consultation, a personalised treatment plan is developed  and some of the following treatments are considered:

  • Skin boosters

  • Prescription creams

  • Radiofrequency microneedling

  • laser treatment

Consultation

Your practitioner will assess the nature of the scar, whether there is associated pigmentation and or depth into the scar. 

 

They will also assess your skin, the area of the acne scars and the depth and quantity and make recommendations as to either an single or multiple treatments.

 

This treatment does not usually occur as a one off.  It occurs over several months depending on the extent of the scarring and a treatment plan can be developed by your injector.

What To Expect?

Depending on the extent, quantity and depth of scarring, this may be a multimodality treatment approached over several sessions throughout or a few months.
