Tear Trough

Many individuals look tired from their eyes. This can be due to a variety of issues including

-
Pigmentation
-
Loss of elasticity of skin
-
General shape of face where the lower orbit is retracted resulting in the look of “bags” under the eyes.

A fresh look can be achieved by addressing this area. The approach is multidisciplinary which aims to approach the following areas:
-
Improving the texture of the skin around the eye which may be done using mesotherapy and skin boosters
-
Aim to improve the infraorbital groove.
-
Pigmentation per se cannot be removed. However, it can be reduced by use of skin boosters in this area, which improves the skin texture and reduces the degree of pigmentation.
-
preventing shadowing which creates the illusion of darkness around the eyes.

Additionally, Radiofrequency can be used to treat the infraorbital area and area around zygoma to give a lift and build collagen
