Radiofrequency microneedling is a more advanced form of microneedling where small needles pierce the skin at the required depth. Usually anywhere from 1 - 4mm and radio frequency energy passes between the needles causing damage in the specific layer as per the depth chosen. This then results in the healing process whereby collagen is formed from cells called fibroblasts.

IIn some cases, it is as effective as laser. It's particularly good for a younger skin to maintain good skin texture.

Your cosmetic practitioner will take photos and assess whether the issue is from bone resorption, or migration of fat pads or a combination of both.
There are many options in treating this area. Your cosmetic practitioner, will assess the area for:
