Shoulder pain and tightness

Muscles in this area can become tight and painful which may contribute to headaches or neck pain.  There are treatments that can be administered in this area which assist with the tightening.  In some instances it may also result in some wasting of the muscle which may lengthen the neck.  The primary reason for having this treatment is usually for muscle tightness.
